2022 में सात प्रमुख शहरों में घरों की बिक्री रिकॉर्ड 3.65 लाख यूनिट होगी: एनारॉक
नई दिल्ली : आवास ऋण दरों में वृद्धि के बावजूद इस साल सात प्रमुख शहरों में घरों की बिक्री 3.65 इकाई के रिकॉर्ड स्तर पर पहुंच गई है। घरों की बिक्री का पिछला रिकॉर्ड 2014 में बना था। एनारॉक ने यह जानकारी दी। संपत्ति सलाहकार कंपनी ने मंगलवार को देश के शीर्ष आवास बाजारों के मांग-आपूर्ति के आंकड़े जारी करते हुए कहा कि कोविड महामारी के बाद मांग बढ़ने और उत्पादन लागत में बढ़ोतरी के बीच आवासीय संपत्तियों के दाम चार से सात प्रतिशत बढ़े हैं।

दिल्ली-एनसीआर, मुंबई महानगर क्षेत्र (एमएमआर), चेन्नई, कोलकाता, बेंगलुरु, हैदराबाद और पुणे में इस साल घरों की बिक्री पिछले साल की तुलना में 54 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 3,64,900 इकाई पर पहुंच गई है। पिछले साल इन सात शहरों में कुल 2,36,500 घर बेचे गए थे। इससे पहले 2014 मे 3.43 लाख इकाइयों की बिक्री का रिकॉर्ड बना था। मुंबई महानगर क्षेत्र में 2022 में सबसे अधिक 1,09,700 घर बेचे गए। इसके बाद 63,700 इकाई के साथ दिल्ली-एनसीआर का नंबर आता है।
आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, दिल्ली-एनसीआर में घरों की बिक्री 2022 में 59 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 63,712 इकाई हो गई, जो 2021 में 40,053 इकाई थी।
एमएमआर में घरों की बिक्री 44 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 1,09,733 इकाई पर पहुंच गई। 2021 के कैलेंडर साल में इस क्षेत्र में 76,396 इकाइयों की बिक्री हुई थी। पुणे में घरों की बिक्री पिछले साल के 35,975 इकाई के आंकड़े से 59 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 57,146 इकाई पर पहुंच गई। बेंगलुरु में आवासीय इकाइयों की बिक्री 50 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 49,478 इकाई हो गई, जो पिछले साल 33,084 इकाई थी।
हैदराबाद में, आवासीय संपत्तियों की बिक्री 2022 में 87 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 47,487 इकाई हो गई, जो पिछले साल 25,406 इकाई थी। चेन्नई में घरों की बिक्री पिछले साल के 12,525 इकाई से 29 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 16,097 इकाई हो गई। कोलकाता के बाजार में बिक्री इस साल 62 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 21,220 इकाई रही, जो पिछले साल 13,077 इकाई थी। नई आपूर्ति की बात की जाए, तो सात प्रमुख शहरों मे नई आवासीय इकाइयों की आपूर्ति इस साल 51 प्रतिशत के उछाल के साथ 3,57,600 इकाई पर पहुंच गई, जो 2021 में 2,36,700 इकाई थी। एमएमआर और हैदराबाद का नई आपूर्ति में सबसे अधिक हिस्सा रहा। सामूहिक रूप से नई आपूर्ति में दोनों की हिस्सेदारी करीब 54 प्रतिशत रही।
