नीरज चोपड़ा का वर्ल्ड एथलिटिक्स चैंपियनशिप में प्रदर्शन
नीरज चोपड़ा से पहले अंजू बॉबी जॉर्ज (Anju Bobby George) एकमात्र भारतीय हैं, जिन्होंने वर्ल्ड एथलिटिक्स चैंपियनशिप में 2003 में कांस्य पदक (Bronz) जीता था. उन्होंने लॉन्ग जंप (Long Jump) में यह मेडल जीता था. लेकिन 19 साल बाद नीरज ने भारत के लिए मेडल लाकर इतिहास बनाया है. पूरे देश को नीरज पर गर्व है.
